MEET THE TEAM
Co-founder
Tristyn Kalama
Born and raised in Kailua, Oahu. Tristyn’s background is in behavioral health as a licensed mental health counselor and certified substance abuse counselor since the age of 18. Prior to real estate, she operated and still owns a non-profit organization, Kokua Support Services. Tristyn comes from a local family of entrepreneurs that showed her how to work hard and never give up. Her main purpose in life is to create memories with the people she loves. Her children and husband are driving force behind all she does. Real estate is the vehicle that has allowed her to create those memories for her family; marry a passion for helping people and creating wealth, and show others how they can do it.

Ohana Kalama
Tristyn & Kamohai Kalama are a husband and wife team. Growing up on the Windward side of Oahu, now raising their two keiki in their dream home in Kailua.
In the Kalama's first 5 years of Real Estate Investing they were able to get out of more than $80k+ debt, successfully own and operate a 7-figure Real Estate business, and teach others along the way.
From the moment they started their Real Estate journey, they knew Deals & Aloha would be a HUGE part of their journey, knowing how many bloodlines this movement and community would impact. They believe in leading with Aloha and having a go-giver mentality is key to living a successful life.

Kamohai Kalama
Born and raised on the Eastside of Oahu to the Kalama family who has a deeply rooted history in the islands. Kamohai is married with two beautiful children who are the driving force behind everything he does. An entrepreneurial spirit lives within Kamohai and for 12 years he operated Aloha Beach Club a brand with 3 brick and mortar retail spaces. Kamohai credits is wife for unlocking a hidden passion in Real Estate that has allowed him to merry the two things most important to him Family and Impacting/Elevating his local community. His life is focused on embodying the spirit of Aloha and creating a life by design through Real Estate.
